Karen is a result focussed, self-motivated senior professional in IT service management and the application of best practice frameworks such as ITIL across a breadth and range of industries including agriculture, education, import/export, finance, government, healthcare, ICT/technology, mining, retail and utilities.  She has added value for a diverse range of quality companies including IBM, Telstra, NAB, MMG, Coles Myer, Department of Defence, Hazelwood Power, Melbourne University, Deakin University, Upstream Print Solutions, South East Sydney Area Health, AusAID, Victorian Parliament, Minerals and Metals Group (MMG), CSC Australia, Vodafone, NEC and HP.

Karen unites her service management experience with her knowledge and application of organisational change methodologies including Prosci®. She has created the DARE methodology, which incorporates the unique ‘Balanced Diversity’ framework, to assist organisations apply effective and efficient organisational change to their projects and recognise their return on investment.

Karen is an ITIL Version 3 Expert, an ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant and Prosci® accredited.

In addition to these credentials, Karen is a Fellow of priSM®.

The priSM® Fellow is an industry leader whose contributions to the Service Management profession are recognized by other industry leaders and their peers. The Fellow credential is an honorary credential awarded a professional for their commitment to the advancement of Service Management through demonstrated proficiency and leadership. The individual who is awarded the Fellow credential is an outstanding practitioner, educator, leader and luminary.
