This publication published in 2011 presents a new framework that enables organisations to successfully embed changes into the fabric of the organization.
Research by Dr. Stephanie Bertels and her team at Simon Fraser university into organisational change revealed 59 distinct practices that can be used to embed change and make it stick. The 59 practices have been grouped into categories that make business sense and they provide both formal and informal approaches to building on current commitments (fulfilment) and taking the organisation forward on its change journey (innovation).
Karen has taken the framework and applied it to use within IT service management.
However, the framework can be applied to any industry and any type of change whether it be strategic, tactical or operational.
