Balanced Diversity Framework Download

2020 sees publication of the revised edition of ‘Balanced Diversity: A Portfolio Approach to Organizational Change.’

Originally published in 2011, it has been revised to position its application to a world of volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous and constant change.

It recognizes that delivery of change has evolved dramatically and the application of the framework has to do the same.

The first edition of the book was targeted at the IT service management industry. The revised edition presents the framework as detailed in the original research but demonstrates its practical application in any industry.
