A safe place to learn, share, grow and celebrate the ideas and strength of our colleagues.
In this space, we question the status quo. We talk about what’s working well – and what we can do better. We’ll share a meeting format that is both easy to follow and effective at facilitating learning and collaboration through group discussions.
You can experience it and then take it back to the office and use.
We run lean – coffees and cocktails – in the am and the pm - to an agenda that you set. We’ll start in Melbourne but our ideas could create change around the world.

Spring into the Rialto at 7.15 for 7.30 start on Level 12, 525 Collins Street Melbourne at the Randstad Talent Solutions offices.
